I have always had a passion for food. As a little girl, I would watch my mom very carefully in the kitchen as she created several of her favorite dishes. I took interest in cooking right away and eventually mastered them myself. Now married with children of my own, I have been able to experiment and share my love for cooking to my family. For years now, I have wanted to pursue my dream with the food business. With a lot of prayer, support, and encouragement from family and friends I decided to start this journey. Southern food is by far my favorite style. It reminds me of my roots, where I came from, and childhood memories. However, it's not just about deep frying everything...It's about flavor, variety, and style! One small taste and I promise you'll be hooked. I'm ready when you are!
